Is there an application fee?+
Pre-qualification is free. The only cost is a $30 background check, paid before the lease is signed.
Do I need to pre-qualify before seeing a unit?+
Yes. Pre-qualification is free and comes first, so we both know it's a fit before we spend time choosing a home and scheduling a showing.
Do I need renters insurance?+
Yes. Renters insurance is required to rent with Reserve Property Management. When you're ready to sign, we'll let you know what you need to provide.
How do I submit a maintenance request?+
Standard requests go through our maintenance request form. Emergencies such as no heat, no water, flooding, a gas smell, or a lockout should go to maintenance@reserve-pm.com, not through the standard form.

- Credit score: A credit score of 600 or higher is required.
- References: We’ll ask for references as part of the process.
- Background check: The $30 check is part of the process and is paid before the lease is signed.
- No evictions: You must not have an eviction on your record.
- Renters insurance: You must have renters insurance to rent with us.
